The love and interest of hand painting on porcelain draws this nonprofit organization together!
Individually: We paint porcelain with special "overglaze" minerals We fire our pieces in a kiln for permanency and posterity We study art, chemically based techniques and brush-strokes We teach the ages-old artform to others We read about it, we collect it, we sell it, we give it away! The artform of hand painting porcelain - china covers a wide variety of styles, technical and chemical methods. Some of us are "beginners"; some of us have "been around" for awhile; and though we may have painted for many years - we all are lifetime students of the artform, happily chasing the next thrilling challenge.
